Capacity building in Burkina Faso
The Paas-Panga program is a capacity-building intervention with the specific aim of developing the human resources skills of the stakeholders in the Burkina Faso - Belgium Bilateral Cooperation Program through training, studies and expertise in line with the social and economic opportunities of the Centre-Est region.
- The main results expected at the end of the project are as follows:
- he human resources of private and associative entrepreneur support services are strengthened in innovative and digital skills;
- The skills of citizens, actors in the Cooperation Program, are strengthened in the field of human rights;
the technical skills of public players in the Cooperation Program are strengthened; - New skills and knowledge are created through expertise and strategic studies for the benefit of Cooperation Program players.
